MOVE THE FUCKING POINT SERENA, MOVE THE FUCKING IT UP!!!! AND ALSO PLEASE GIVE US A LAST NAME FOR EMILY ALREADY!!! God, her scenes were... God, I can't... I don't know man, I'm a wreck. This episode was hopeful, and it scares me because usually when we got some sort of hopeful episode, the next one is going to be a bitch. It's interesting to see Aunt Lydia crying because all this time we've always seen her as this some sort of "monster". God I do really hope Janine is okay tho

The cinematography of this show is a fucking masterpiece, good God. I would like to thank whoever is in charge, thank you

So far this series, Emily has without doubt been the shining star. She was always one of my favourite characters but that’s been proven beyond reasonable doubt because of this episode. I’ve cried for her and her family in her transition back into normal life and it breaks my heart at how difficult it must be for her adjusting to all the changes and the trauma from Gilead. Bravo Alexis Bledel. Absolute stellar acting from her

I haven't watched it yet but if they play the song from One Tree Hill's school shooting episode, I might not make it in one go...

EDIT:

June honing her scheming skills, this gonna be good... Emily's storyline was great yet again. I kept hoping either one of them would take the leap but it's hard to imagine how all that time apart alone would change their dynamics, and then there's the trauma. It's heartbreaking that Emily only stopped to consider how much Oliver remembered, to think of his possible traumas first and foremost.

Luke, come on man! I could even get behind doing it because June would want it but absolving a baby of someone else's sins, seriously? The atoms that used to be part of Holly must be breaking up and creating radiation at that...

I actually laughed when I saw aunt Lydia in the moto and when Moira said "I do" instead of "yes".

So what happens when she stays at the commanders house too long and doesnt get pregnant, like exactly how long do they wait before intervening?

For some reason I almost like the bastard Waterford; he was relatively gentle with June compared to the others and saved her life a few too many times. He's too appealing somehow. He knows subtlety and he loves his wife, two points in his favor.

“Promise to raise these children in the fear of the lord…”

Gracious! Is anyone saying yes to that ever thinking about this? To raise your child in fear! They’re not mincing words. How abusive this religion is, comes out every day, but all these little lambs say yes, we will raise our beloved children in fear.

Meanwhile, Em’s ark makes me so sad. She’s fought through so much, and now, free, she seems so fragile … like she’s shattering in every moment of her freedom.
