I'll admit, I was ready to bail on this episode because of the stupid b-plot with Pete's grandpa. I had stopped the episode JUST before Rafi got involved, and only picked it up again by accident. Glad I didn't, while the hard turn into the wrestling ring made didn't save the episode, it made it a bit less forgettable.

[7.3/10] This is a tough one to grade, as seems to be perpetually be the case with me and The League. The comedy here was really on point. The scene with Kevin freaking out after his colonoscopy doctors share the names of his best friend and his wife is amusing, and I appreciate the whole Rashomon setup over what really happened with Kevin and Andre’s trade. I’m a sucker for those sorts of “different recollections” stories. Involving Rafi makes no sense, but pays off with glorious absurdity as usual, and the fact that everything comes to a head in a luchador fight is delightfully ridiculous. Hell, there’s even a solid setup and payoff with the edible underwear and Rafi’s diabetes.
The problem is that at points, the show leans into some rape humor that is in really bad taste and really hurts what is otherwise one of its better comedic efforts. And the B-story, with Pete’s grandfather (Robert Wagner, of all people!) pretending to have dementia so that he can cheat on Pete’s grandmother (Lee Merriweather!) is just the pits, with as broad and obvious a comic setup for no good laughs.
Overall, this is better than the average episode of the show, but has some major issues that hold it back from being a clear recommendation.
