Let's be honest : Patti's blood looked like ketchup.

Damn it, Jill! That's messed up, all of it.

Poor Kevin has buried himself deeper and he doesn't even know about what his children are getting into yet. And he's out of shirts again on top of it. Is it a perfect storm or what?

So, there's no doubt that the GR are a cult now - if anyone had been still on the fence for some reason - right? I wonder if they'll ever cross paths with Wayne, as they seem like opposite forces. And what will they do with those dolls? Something mean/offensive, I bet.

Ah! That fcking father! Just as it’s wrong for the GR to silently harass people and shove their beliefs into others, it’s wrong whatever the father and his followers are doing! It’s literally the same thing and louder but for a different cult, like leave that cult and join mine. And Patti explains that the GR don’t want anyone to forget, but like how does Laurie, someone who didn’t lost anyone but chose to abandon her daughter, have the nerve to tell someone like Nora, who lost all her family, that she doesn’t have a right to move on??? And then Laurie almost looked proud that Jill joined them???
And so far the show has been a very ordinary follow up of a very extraordinary event, so I wonder if at any point the show is gonna be like super or extra, but if it is, then my theory is that some people are losing their minds, like the garneys, cause the departed souls are trying to inhabilite them??

"No violence." Yet everything breaks out and down. A part of Kevin fights back and pushes Patti, Nora is revealed to be still hurting, Jill hurts her friend enough so she leaves but faces her mother, and Laurie's facade is slowing breaking as she keep pretending to be on board. The only people not moving and breaking are Patti and Megan, there's a moment where the latter's smile is telling. They are the embodiment of remembering, both are testing and pushing others into giving up, one even is going all the way and becoming an eternal memory. At this point it seems Megan will be the perfect replacement for Patti and she knows it. In this episode everyone besides them are tested and fail. To find solace in not pretending but embracing. And many will use remembrance as a weapon on those who can't accept. This is not yet the point where people can or want to move on. But this is the start of it.
What an amazing hour of television.

Yes Patti, we understand you... your emptiness, your heartache, the numbness... but you were also mad as fuck. I wonder what her story is and who she lost, it broke her. This entire town is filled with broken people. Oh man, relating to a TV show never hurt so much. Can't look away.
