Very interesting that Chelsea was there during the last attack with the bomb in the train and that Peter knows her. I wonder if Chelsea is Osprey (was that the codename?)? At least it would make sense for Rose's parents to warn her as she's responsible for protecting Ellen and it looks like Ellen is a target.
