One of the best episodes of the show for seeing the folks back at the office just goofing off. It's nice to see Jim actively engaged in something he believes in, however ridiculous it may be, and Pam using it as an excuse to be creative. It's also a deft choice to have Michael flummoxed by his choice to purchase a home and feel unsure of himself, only to be gratified when he gets back to Dunder Mifflin and feels more at home there than anywhere. Very good ep.

Office Olympics
This one's a bit emotional one especially Michael Scott's part and Steve pulls it off brilliantly but the other plot that includes some bored games created by the office members is just episodes of fun.
finally an episode where Michael isn’t completely insufferable.

So far, this is my favorite episode in the season. Jim feels like he's at his happiest moment, kinda feel bad for him at the end. They seem like a fun group during the games. Michael feels appreciated in a very confused way in the end.
7.7/10 (rounded to 8), it's just nice.
