That was certainly unexpected.
There aren't many sidecharacters that are as good as her - in any show.
Mercedes Mason is a great actress.
This was extremely upsetting.
I wonder if Mercedes left the show due to some new role? She is great, I hope to see her on screen again soon!
I was not ready for that at all :( Always loved Mercedes Masohn in every thing I've seen her and the character she played here was no exception. I love officer Nolan but I don't care what Talia says, he was selfish. He knew everyone close to him would be in danger and still, he goes to work. And now Captain is dead...

This episode was so good... Definitely a 10. But I also feel like giving it a 1 just because they unnecessarily killed off captain Andersen... I really liked her... She was great.

Really like this show. It just light hearted enough to not be goofy but also serious enough to not take itself to serious. The writers and actors and director/s all do a great job with this show.
That was brutal. Not to mention he and the Captain always had a a special connection.

I just don't know about this one. I mean, the show handled it about as well as you could expect (it's a good show!), but even with three other women of colour in the main cast, a character death like this still feels off to me, like the gust of a trope that we would have been better off never seeing again.

Out of all the people it could've been. Fuck. To be fair, I like every main character so it probably would've been just as affecting if it was someone else, but still. Rest in peace, Capt. Zoe Andersen.
