Kind of annoying how easily a bunch of "rovers" can just take out a platoon of Elvish soldiers, c'mon. And then the shapeshifter is just to so easily come in and kill the King. He ALWAYS has guards next to him, and then magically gone there. A bit of a stretch. Bad episode with too many plot holes.

This is where the quality of the writing takes a dip, with what can look like plot holes, but I know this is done to expedite matters moving the story forward. Though the plotting against and then helping Amberle by the Rover leader makes it seem like bad characterization but could be just opportunism.
What I do like is having Eretria save Amberle from an assault by the Rover leader. Gives us a taste of what Eretria has had to deal with since she was a little girl. Loved how Amberle takes control of the soldiers, showing she was raised to lead and acts on it, and is not just be a pretty-for-show princess. These ladies might be damsels but they are not in distress cause the can freaking handle it.
Also like that we see more of Prince Ander, setting him up to probably take over the Kingdom at a later point. Also, I love his hair, it's so pretty.
Bandon is probably my least favorite. Can't tell if they just didn't know what to do with him or are setting him up to become a villain.

This is the first time I would say this but I liked Eretria in this episode. She's a badass, killing all the rovers to save Amberle and herself :star_struck::star_struck: + I liked how her father was put into good use at the later part.
But please, the Changeling is rly frustrating me out I hate it so much when there's betrayal, pretention, and everything in between :tired_face:
