SHIT. We will have HIPSTERS for another 1000 years
Best part of the episode (and maybe the whole season): Ander's butt.
This episode seems really have been done by MTV. The technology around the scenario already sucked, but the party with electronic music killed me!
and it seems nobody can dance in the future either...really a lame episode in comparison to the rest.
Well, I kinda liked the show so far. But this was absolutely terrible!
MTV - you failed this show!
That kiss... jizz in my pants
This episode is called Utopia, but it's more like Stepford Wives. Injured Eretria is bought by a human trade village, where everything is a Utopia: food, medical care, safety, etc, and this feels like heaven for Eretria who has only known hunger, danger and pain. She is wooed by the normality of it all, also by the fast and sweet talking leader of the group, convincing her that their truce with the Trolls keeps them safe. They spins tales of returning to the lives humans had, even with electricity and a dance party. But this hipster, idealic village has a dark secret. The truce with the Trolls is keep only by the villagers' constant human sacrifice to keep the hungry Trolls away. So much for world peace.
I love how this episode challenges the Trio. They argue, doubt themselves and each other, question whether to choose destiny or their wants, esp Eretria, who has never had any choice in life. But these trials and tribulations solidify their worthiness of saving the worldm of being chosen. It is no linge Eretria tagging along Will/Amberle's quest, but she is fully owning her position. She is needed just as much as the two elves. But more so, I love the fierceness with which they fight for each other, and sometimes with each other. They are a Trio, bound by much more than destiny. Amberle refusing to leave Eretria. WIl apologizing to her for their fight. Eretria choosing them over Utopia. OT3 and Polyship it.
Oh, and we also got Ander accepting his position as king and the Rover leader sacrificing himself to have the Trio escape a Troll and Utopia, but he was already mortally wounded and he owed Eretria. Redeemed? Maybe.
The most ridiculous episode in the recent history of TV shows.
They added guns???? There's a party with electricity, lights, music, and a record player? What a waste of time and money and a horrible departure from the series. Trying to grab some of that distopia, post-apocalyptic, Hunger Game setting made the story suck and lose focus from an epic that could've been better than Lord of the Rings.

for a moment, i doubted if what i am watching is a medieval fantasy  the humans & utopia thing were kind of modern-ish??? girl, i doubt if in medieval times, they already have a party with electronic music :sweat_smile:
BUT I THINK THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS EPISODE IS ERETRIA'S BEAUTY !!!!!!!!! She is so stunningly gorgeous :weary::heartpulse:
