Still don't understand what their business is, how big it actually is, and who's involved. All I understand: Tony's job is to keep things together because there's always someone who's unhappy with business arrangements. I see how Tony is doing it: socializing, dining, bonding on a personal level. I don't buy it though: he never talks about business plans, logistics, financial planning, business opportunities. Isn't that what he should be preoccupied with all day? I mean, if his organization is able to provide amply for energy gangster they should be happy, right. Instead it's all about family ties or loyal actions in the past that people are reminded of. That's enough to run a criminal organization?
