On episode four of The Taste of Success, it's Connaught/Ulster in the spotlight. Michelin-starred restaurateur, chef and author JP McMahon is in charge and his standards are very high. He's picked the best six contestants from the region on paper so tonight it's time to put them to the taste test. Be prepared to meet: Music teacher Siobhan Shaughnessy from Athenry, Co Galway, whose desert is not to be trifled with and who is competing to join her brother Ken McHugh, who made it through the Dublin round. Ex-New Yorker Grace Kirby who is used to rubbing shoulders with the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker. Single mother Joanne Clarke from Westport, Co Mayo whose nuts about sweet things. Forager Conor Mulholland from Furbo, Co Galway, who's bringing the wild inside. Darren Smith from Moville, Co Donegal who's bringing back an 80's classic with a twist. And Danny Coleman from Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, who hopes his love of molecular gastronomy will wow JP. Six contestants show their wares with only two progressing to the next round. Who will be in line to win The Taste of Success?
