Why is the picture so fuckin’ dark? It’s almost unwatchable.

I guess critics are against Chris Pratt of late as well. A lot of his last couple of movies weren’t as bad as they said and now it’s with a show as well
The show is a little incoherent but not 38% good reviews worthy. Chris Pratt does his best work yet. He is stronger as a comedic hero but he was in Zero Dark Thirty before he played Starlord. So he’s not exactly miscast.

Mind messing first episode. It is going the right way.

This really surprised me. I wasn't expecting much from it, especially since the beginning just felt like a tv version of call of duty, and I didn't care for it, but once the show started making you think about what happened, it started getting really good. Looking forward to watching the rest.

This surprised me, what a great opener for a show. The beginning felt generic but once we get back to the states and start dealing with Reece's mental state this got very good and interesting. This episode did a great job of hooking me and now I'm intrigued and excited to see where it goes. This first episode was pretty dark and the ending genuinely surprised me. Pratt is going to be given the chance to really show us his range and skills as an actor in this show and I hope he does.

If what they were last showing us really happened then James now has his own gun back with him found in n his own home where his wife was killed with that gun and his prints and GSR on him from firing it earlier so it looks like he did it and the other bodies are probably gone. He will look guilty, especially with his frame of mind. What a way to set him up.

Is it just me, or when he is attacked in the MRI room, it might have been portrayed as a hallucination/nightmare? That's why the scene at the house didn't seem real, like he might have had a psychotic break.

An intriguing military thriller about PTSD. This opening episode works very well.

Enthralling, no other words from me, loved Ep 1, could be a binge coming up.

Not very interesting. Well acted, but I just don't feel invested in the story. I just don't care about the characters or the implied mysterious situation. There is no hook to get me invested in yet another spin on a very well tread premise.

Long and draining. Which is a shame because what I did understand I found compelling.

So much has happened and yet I'm most shocked at Ben's character calling Iran "Persia." Is this supposed to be a period piece or something? Cause somebody didn't get the memo.
