Although this has some of the most creeping feelings of dread that I've seen from the series so far, I am interested in some of the edit decisions here again.
The caginess of the beast is so important to the mystery of this season. I can't imagine how depressing it would be if there were only the men stuck out on the ice, fighting with each other. The beast gives them something to unify against. The end scene with Goodsir and Lady Silence was nice.
The title scene impresses, the ship's surroundings too
It's just so cold looking watching this show. And enough creepiness to keep you on edge.

Very good episode. The whipping scene was brutal af though. I really like the ending scene with Goodsir and Lady Silence.
