Two women who look alike switch places to lead the kind of life each has always wanted. Satsuki Kurasawa works as a cleaning lady at a nightclub and also prostitutes herself to the patrons to make extra money. When she is accused of killing one of her johns, a woman named Mako Watsuji, who could be her twin, appears and offers to switch places with her and give her an alibi. After she helps clear the charges against Satsuki, Mako asks if she can continue to live Satsuki’s life and pursue a career as a nightclub dancer. Satsuki, meanwhile, assumes Mako’s life as the heiress of a business conglomerate and begins to devise a plan to take over the family fortune. When Satsuki discovers that Mako had a twin sister who passed away years ago, she begins to wonder if the change of fortune in her life could all be a lucky coincidence or if there is more to their uncanny resemblance.
