Well, the middle daughter is an introvert - what a surprise with such a boisterous father and perky little sister who's the apple of her father's eye. At least, Ellie speaks up for what she knows is right - and the surgeon general having to resign or being fired over telling the truth would be a really bad idea. So, maybe Bartlet should shut up once in a while and listen to her.
Otherwise nice mentions of the longterm effects of Josh's injuries (even if they almost never get mentionned again). And I like Toby and Andy - even though Andy has to be a saint to have been married to him.
