Overall, it's a good season, surely above average when compared with other shows. But compared with the previous 2 seasons the decline in quality is obvious.
The MS-arc gets dealt with pretty quickly, and then there are quite a few filler episodes (including the abuse-arc) until the ending Sharif-arc.
