Oof, watching Kate and Toby is tough.
Throwing away your antidepressants you've been taking for six years is actually dangerous. And we saw the flash-forward, so we know this won't end well, even though his intentions were good and he really wants Kate to be happy.
Kate on the other hand still needs some serious help. After 20 years she still doesn't seem have any closure with her father's death, her weight is still controlling her life, she's so desperate to get a child that she doesn't seem to care about health issues anymore etc. I understand her issues, but it also feels like there's no real work done to solver her issues. The 40 pound weight loss was a good start, but I hope it'll actually be a start and not just another ending point.
