Vic Lang journeys to find his estranged father to tell him that Carol, Vic�s mother, is dying. When he locates his father in an old isolated shack in the outback, he is struck by the love he still feels for him, and is finally able to ask about his youth, when his father was a policeman in Angelus, and about why he suddenly disappeared from their lives.
