News of the Combiner combat has reached Cybertron, which is currently led by a Council composed of Rodimus Prime, Starscream, and the Mistress of Flame. Former enemies and rivals, the three clearly have a tenuous relationship and discuss their different opinions on how to deal with this new impending threat. Windblade's mischief has awoken the concern of the former leader of the Autobots – Optimus Prime! When he explains that he won’t allow her to continue on this path of vengeance against all Combiners, Optimus is left with only one course of action – stop her no matter the cost!
Optimus Prime and Windblade have teamed-up to try and destroy the Enigma of Combination. But to do that, they're going to need the biggest gun they can find: MEGATRON.
