Passenger MRS. LUNG, who is a very picky old woman, makes a complaint to the Customer Services Department. SAM, who is to deal with the complaint, has a nice talk with her. VINCENT nominates SAM for the Outstanding Young Persons Selection, and SAM is grateful to him. LUNG complains about the quality of the in-flight meals, and PHILIP immediately tries to seek improvement. PAUL expresses his love for RUBY but is rejected.
