Maybe I had high hopes for this second season, but first episode felt a little meh…
The scene where Nora becomes a cat and sees the one moment Nathan kissed Ingrid was so predictable and cliche - it made me questioning if i should continue to watch this show!
Why did she drive out in the woods with her phone? and then just left it there? Its just really stupid, using a sac over their heads but taking their phone with them..
i hope the next episodes are gonna be better.
What are you doing, Nora? What are you doing Nathan?
The first episode opener was disappointing
No shit they should've tried the up- and download procedure with a Pigeon first xD
The BMW i3 fits their future world well :)
(Not sure if I like the design but it's definitely interesting and cool - supposedly even a fun car to drive.)
Complaining about walking for two hours... Looks like the people of the future are getting even lazier :P
Ingrid (Karen :D) and Aleesha can be fun.
The Ludd are interesting people. Probably a more suitable (at least more relaxing) lifestyle for humans. Those dirt religion people are definitely strange/crazy though...
Poor Byron though... :o Nora is definitely not treating him well or rather just using him (and I don't think Byron deserves it - he's not the best guy but then again the only bad things about him that I remember are that he broke the 5/5 rating deal with Nora and that he "struggles" with real relationships).
A Blade Runner reference :)
Luke complaining that Nathan is a bad friend is somewhat ironic (Luke means well but I wouldn't call him a good friend to rely on).
And Ingrid lying about uploading shouldn't be surprising but I didn't see that coming (at least that makes her a tiny little bit less dumb :D).
Anyway, it sucks that Nora visited Lakeview at the worst time.
I do miss the lightness of S1 though. The unnecessary issues between Nathan and Nora are getting annoying and frustrating. I didn't care about unrealistic elements before but I do mind if they mess with the relationship between the two (because it feels way too unnecessary).
Nate deserved more. What a kick in the balls of an episode.
