Dr. Maddy Rierdon, a former USDA voracious insect specialist who is now a college professor, discovers a deadly species of vampire bats after one of her students is found dead. These are no ordinary bats. The bats have become highly aggressive after mutating due to a tainted water supply. The swarms of bats continue on their rampage and kill more innocent people. Can she find away to stop the bats’ deadly progress? Lucy Lawless and Dylan Neal reprise their roles as Dr. Maddy Rierdon and Dan Dryer from the CBS Television movie “Locusts”.
