Luke Gamble continues his journey in Nepal, where he joins forces with a charity and rescues a maggot-infested dog before trying to track down a life-saving drug that could help the canine community. He also takes a trip to the mountains, and comes to the aid of the locals and some hairy yaks

Luke Gamble heads to the penultimate stop on his animal adventure, Costa Rica, where he meets a newborn sloth, howler monkeys, a baby anteater and wild boar. Plus, the vet tries to pass a local surgical exam to operate on a pack of castaway dogs

Luke Gamble's journey comes to an end in Uganda, where he treats a dishevelled dog in Kampala, heads into the countryside to help farmers with their livestock and meets a few cheeky chimps at a sanctuary on Ngamba Island. Before returning to Dorset, he also heads into the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to observe mountain gorillas
