To collect these hundreds of personal narratives, a group of journalists, photographers, and videographers embarked on a 70-day bus trip around the country. The trove of material they collected makes up the country's largest archive of oral histories of the Civil Rights Movement and will be housed in the Library of Congress. What emerges as people tell us their stories is not a textbook history lesson, but a series of intimate themes that define and humanize the movement's growth and trajectory. We also provide a "big picture" of what was going on in the country during each period in the movement, from the landmark Brown v. Board of Education decision to the assassination of Martin Luther King. Save Our History: Voices of Civil Rights is a 2005 George Foster Peabody Award Winner! The country's largest archive of oral histories of the Civil Rights Movement. 2006 - News & Documentary Emmy Awards - Outstanding Research - (Winner)

"Crossing the Bridge," filled with stunning footage and memories of activists who lived through an unprovoked attack on civil rights protestors crossing the Edmund Pettis Bridge into Montgomery, Alabama on March 7, 1965.

Rarely has one man done so much to change the politics and conscience of one nation. From the first stirrings of activism in Alabama to his rise as the pre-eminent voice for racial justice in America, BIOGRAPHY brings the story of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to life through seldom-seen footage and photographs.

Thurgood Marshall grew up with a strong sense of right and wrong, and the courage to fight for his convictions. As a black lawyer in the 1940s and '50s, he traveled the south, a lonely warrior in the fight to end discrimination. He was "Mr. Civil Rights", the embodiment of hope for black Americans. BIOGRAPHY uses archival footage, period accounts and interviews with family members and colleagues to chronicle the monumental life of the first African-American to sit on the Supreme Court.
