The directing on this series is pretty inconsistent and the camera work feels to be pulling from too many styles at once. This isn’t for me.
Because, forgive me for saying this, but, uh, I can't help but notice a trend that when God comes to talk to modern-day prophets, it seems one thing He always tells them to do is have sex with lots of young women.

Um, "PRAH fuh seeing"??? I thought Steve was a professor of theology at Univ of Hawaii. Shouldn't he know how to pronounce "prophesy" and "prophesying"? "Prophecy" is a noun, "Dr" Steve; you can't prophecy something. At least the captioner spelled the intended word correctly, instead of spelling it the way he's saying it.
