Terribly boring. Doubt I’ll continue past episode 2. Just uninteresting and not funny.
god i'm so hyped
I do hope it will get better than this... and 22 minutes for one episode?? 7 minutes for credits? Boring !!
I don’t get the negativity. Honestly you people are so entitled. The lack of context is intentional and there are several clues as to why it’s that way. It’s not a 50s to show (we haven’t seen them imitate a 60s tv show yet, that’s next week). It’s going to change probably every week, even up to the point of imitating modern tv shows like the office from what they’ve said. And the context is clear enough by the end of the second episode. Even without reading additional articles to explain the more subtle hints, you can tell what’s going on at least loosely. Plus it does a great job lampooning the absurdity of 50s tv and ideals about homemaking and marriage. To hilarious effect
I’m so shocked by these negative comments... this latest episode was so good, and you needed the first few episodes to play out how they did for context. You guys are weird lol.
Episode 1 was meh... Episode 2 a little better.Episode 3 First half mwah but then... interesting!Episode 4 Everything is starting to make sense now and the first episodes no longer suck anymore! Everything is happening for a reason... wow! Mind blown...Episode 5 give me more please! Episode 6 OH MY GAWD! THIS IS SO AWESOME!
Having to wait a week for the next episode sucks. I need more... omgawd!
Have patience, you guys got used to binge watch things but this is not the case.
Now I’m intrigued as to why Darcy Lewis is in this show.
the very definition of overhyped.
This show is giving me serious "Don't Hug Me, I'm Scared" vibes. Especially how you notice unusual things as the episode progresses.
Never written a comment before. Seen all the negativity here and honestly, I love the show. Not knowing what is happening why and what it all means is absolutely fascinating. I love the MCU and look forward to the next episodes and seasons of this show!!
This is the dumbest show I ever seen,a waste of time watching it.
DO NOT GIVE UP after first 3 episodes and DO NOT rate this until you watch at least 4 episodes. Thank you.
I don’t know what these reviewers are taking about. This show is refreshing, fun, and so different from anything on tv. These people obviously don’t understand who Wanda is and what is actually happening on the show.... Do not be discouraged from watching based on their unknowledgeable reviews. This series and the acting is incredible!!
Yup guys you're really weird, the show's getting more interesting every new episode. Don't be rude because they just tried to put us in situation with the 1-2 first episodes like in every other TV show.
Those who thought WandaVision was a sitcom and was insufferably boring, have no idea what is coming lol...
Part homage to TV past; Part mystery; Always the Marvel Universe lurking just out of reach. It is a slow resolve, but I’m on board for the reveal (I just hope it hurries up). After two episodes, I give this series a 7 (good) out of 10. [Marvel Superhero Mystery]. I highly recommend you also watch MARVEL’s LEGENDS which are mini-documentaries about the characters, also on Disney+ (although they may make you want to watch all the movies again in sequence).
At first I thought this is really strange... then after getting those little hints of "something is not right here" it pulled me back in..I watched a couple youtube videos of Easter eggs and I have to say this show is brilliant once you understand what they are trying to accomplish!
worst show 2021 so far xD
if I want to watch I love Lucy I will watch I love Lucy. Bored
I was disappointed, it was boring
So many offensive comments against those who don't like it.
Boring != slow burnI've seen many slow burning shows that I like and love.
A good slow burn show should still be interesting to watch weekly or single episodes. Specially this show as they chose to release it weekly. A TV show is about the individual episodes and the "journey" and not just about the end, seen as a whole or getting over "X number of boring episodes".A comedy show should be funny. IMO that was never the intent of this show, it's hinted many times the jokes are intentionally bad. They choose to base it on boring jokes inspired from 50-70s sitcoms. Instead the jokes are even worse than the worst jokes from Married with Children (which hasn't aged well in general). They could have inspired it on fun comedies and jokes e.g. from The Simpsons, Seinfeld and Friends.
Absolute rubbish created for the YouTube trending mases with no brain cells.
Release on January 15, 2020!
I don't understand why people are judging this show as bad just by watching a couple of episodes... I think we should wait for the first season to air in its entirety before saying if it's good or bad. I can confirm that I was very confused when I watched the first two episodes, but I've been a Marvel fan for a long time and I know that everything is done on purpose, we just have to wait and give them some time to develop everything, after all it's a tv show and not a movie, things are explained little by little.
I saw 10 minutes of the first episodes last week and i turned it off... My friends told me that the show is getting better. So i watched the first episode and it was Meh... i watched the second episode and only one scene was remotely a little bit funny. My friends told me this show is very slow and it's going to be much better... so i watched episode 3 and i was still disappointed.I felt really like my friends where trolling me to watch such a dumb show.
After watching episode 4 i updated my score from 3 to 6, finally it went from boring to interessting.
If I you want to watch a 60s American show with a better storyline and acting, try Mr Ed - it’s a far rewarding experience. WandaVision may be a slow burner, but it’s going to turn off viewers before it gets hot. Plus for a 30 minute show, the last 7 minutes of it are just credits.
Straight up yawn fest for me. Corny at best
first two episodes are so disappointing
I love going back and reading these early reviews... they're hilarious. :D
I can relate some not having liked the first episodes. But have you never read a comic before? Many times the story starts messy and confusing and then it starts to unravel in future comics. They are doing the same here. So give it a try or do like some friends of mine do with The Mandalorian, they wait for the entire season to air and then binge it.
I'm loving it, of course you can never please everyone, but if you love Marvel comics and the Marvel movies you will end up loving this, trust me.
Funny seeing people watching two episode and getting bored, this is probably one of the biggest thing in the whole MCU.
Trash - Marvel's worst ever. Avoid
It’s a good show but very slow burn. Each episode has about 1 minute of things that move the story forward. I would highly recommend waiting for whole season to air so you can binge it. Not worth watching 1 episode a week.
Not that great. Obviously, it's big-budget MCU so it looks and feels ok. But there is nothing interesting about it. It's half nostalgia trip to old American TV, half boring part of a mediocre superhero movie.
Episodes are too short. You just can't get into it. This makes it really boring.
Insanely boring and a concept so insufferable it’s disappeared up its own fundament.
Just because someone films a tv show doesn't mean people are going to watch it. The show has to be interesting. This show is NOT!
People keep implying it gets better.... but who will still be watching?
I don't understand where this hype goes from? I watched 2 episodes already and it was a pain (20min was like 2 hours of pain). It is sooooo boring. The only thing good about this series are actors and scenery/style. Good job director. But for now I don't know if I'm gonna continue this. I was waiting for that series... I'm so disappointed...
To be completly honest, this first two episodes were quite boring. I like the overall idea that each episode will "mimic" a decade of sitcoms (first episode could be I Love Lucy or I Dream of Jeannie, and the second one was closer to Bewitched i think). For now there was no action and no major data of what is to come, but i think it will get its pace around episode 4. The small details are there, but they are not super obvious (specially in the first episode). Besides that, theres is no much to report from this two episodes.
Also i don't think that a weekly release for episodes of half an hour is nice; but it seemed to had worked before in other series. I would have prefered a all-in-one-day like Netflix, or at least divided in two days, maximun
oh my god, absolute rubbish !!
What the hell did I just watch , wasted 1 hour of my life
So it's pretty much a SITCOM and it's well made. At least for the first two episodes. It gives a weird vibe... something between Fallout game regarding the music and mechanics, and The Turman Show feeling when you watch more the details on each episode. I would say So far so good.
I am hoping it's not as dumb and boring as avengers
This looks so dumb, like a cheesy sit-com with Marvel characters.
Very Good! Love this Shoe
Not bad! Diggin it so far. The only crap that bugs me are the long-ass credits.
As Bill Hicks one said, don't even get lost into the discussion. I wouldn't say "Piece of shit" as Hicks would've, but just don't try to tell people it's about meaningful trauma. It's entertainment, folks. And don't be ashamed to like it.
I know there will be people that come at you for liking this, yes, saying its shit and just a soulless story with the same tricks they have been feeding you since always. Don't even tell them that it is meaningful, about trauma and grieve... no... you don't have to fool yourselves, you don't have to pretend you are cultured. Just say... "Yeah, it's entertainment, and I like it". At the end of the day, you are the majority.
Everything is seems cool but really that budget but that short episodes? Even Family Guy is longer; and that useless ending credits all time?
this show is not great but it does have its moments. it starts to get super interesting by episode 4. give this show a chance and you might end up liking it too.
Edit: the show is starting to get really good
this is just plain terrible, don't waste your times.. doesn't worth it
this is bad, really bad 3 episodes in and I found the glitch in marvel, it's disney
10 minutes in......stop of please stop. What a waste of time. Big no way never on this series's
Buckle up folks, this is bound to be an extreme slow burner.
I’m thinking the show will get better but right now it’s more like “what the fuck is happening”. The creators really fucked up because there is no context. I suspect it’s going to go 0-60 in its story line is mater of seconds but the weekly release is not helping. Hoping show gets better but right now it’s crappy. (No one gives 2 shits about 60s American tv shows besides a handful of Americans.)
So was this supposed to be Mary and Dick or Samantha and Darren?
I'll need some time to decide if I ever will watch the second episode. Isn't really what I expected from an MCU series
Overhyped cheesefest. Story is utter waffle and no intro, backstory etc why Vision is alive or even why this is happening. Couldnt watch a full episode without getting distracted by something else.
Could turn out to be good, hard to tell from 2 episodes.
In my opinion, Disney should have released another episode as hardly any of the ACTUAL story has been told in these 2 episodes. These first 2 feel a bit like filler with a little bit of foreshadowing.
Like I said, it could turn out to be great. Right now it’s light hearted average quality fun.
Show's really great - yet why it's weekly? Just release it like Netflix shows, I want to binge watch!
yikes.black and white.vi am over it already.
Runtime of entire season 1 is wrong
The expectations, at least for the two first episodes, have to be well set. The first episode is purely a sitcom episode inspired on the ones that could exist on the 50s or 60s like Bewitched. The second one starts revealing some very minor details, but big enough to know that this situation will quickly change. So, all of you seeking action will be clearly disappointed. At least for now. Quite a risky move from Disney that probably will pay off, eventually.
Why is this marked as "ended"?
With the thirst for Marvel that we all have, after a drought 2020, it is still too early to judge WandaVision properly, although they should not sustain the intrigue of what is really happening for long, so as not to tire their viewers. With only two episodes in, we should wait and see.
