In an attempt to sort my ethnicity/race lists better, I've created separate lists for African-Canadians/USians, Afro-Caribbean people, and indigenous/minority African people, all listed below.
I know that Africans have a complicated history, especially when it comes to genealogy/heritage, but hopefully this decision is more helpful than having a catch-all list for everybody. Let me know if I've made any mistakes!

This list includes people who descend from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and maybe Switzerland(?), unless stated otherwise (ex. Italian but born in Switzerland) Let me know if I've made any mistakes since I'm an ignorant American. German/Swiss/10 other things-American pride! This list will not include any European-owned overseas territories such as Greenland (Denmark), and WILL include diaspora such as Afrikaaners (NL). Greenlanders who happen to be of Dutch/Germanic descent, Canadians and USians of Germanic descent, etc.

This list includes people who descend from Albania, Greece, and Kosovo (unless they identify with a non-Balkan ethnic group). Other Balkan peoples are included in other lists and I may forget to include them here too because borders are complicated, let me know if I mess up at all. Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia are included in the Slavic list. Aromanians and Romanians are included in the Latin/Romance list. People of Cyprus may be included if they're of Greek-Cypriot, etc descent.
This list was previously a "Europeans (Other)" list but other groups have since gotten their own lists, like Finnic-Ugric/Uralic peoples (https://trakt.tv/lists/20538911) and Caucasian peoples (https://trakt.tv/lists/20539543).
This list includes people who descend from Andorra, Corsica, France, Italy, Moldova, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sardinia, Spain, and Vatican City, unless stated otherwise (ex. Irish but born in France). Maybe Gibraltar and Malta too but not sure, lol, Europe ethnicities are complicated, let me know if I've made any mistakes since I'm an ignorant American. French-American pride! This list will not include any European-owned overseas territories, such as French Polynesia (...France), and WILL include L/R diaspora such as French-Canadians/Quebecois, Italian Argentines, etc. Regular "mestizo" Latin-Americans have their own list.

This list includes people who descend from Ireland and also the British Isles (AKA Channel Islands/England/Isle of Man/North Ireland/Scotland/Wales), unless stated otherwise (ex. Polish but born in Ireland). I was tempted to put "Ireland and friends" in the title but I think we all know that Ireland wouldn't want to be friends with a country with a long history of, well... yeah.
This list previously contained Germanic peoples in general but they have been separated into their own list (https://trakt.tv/lists/11659596) since a lot of white citizens of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States descend from this particular archipelago. Yay, colonialism?

Excludes indigenous/minority people such as Tibetans, indigenous Taiwanese, etc., who go in the Indigenous Asians list, unless they're mixed and qualify for both lists.
In an attempt to sort my ethnicity/race lists better, I've created separate lists for people of Chinese, Filipino/Philippine, Japanese, and Korean descent, all listed below. I also have less specific lists for the Middle East/North Africa (and one for Jewish people) South Asia (Indian subcontinent), Southeast Asia (excluding PH), and indigenous/minority Asians (ex. Altai).
I know that some Asian countries/regions are incredibly diverse, but hopefully this decision is more helpful than having a catch-all list for everybody. Let me know if I've made any mistakes!

Excludes Latinos who have their own list, unless they also have (confirmed) non-Amerindian/Latin descent. Regarding mixed race actors: If, for example, "Barack Obama" (somebody with a black father and a white mother who passes as black) is playing a black character with black parents, I'm not going to categorize his character as a mixed character because it seems pretty shitty to imply that a mixed race actor can only play mixed race characters. Includes people of the Americas with Amerindian descent including Brazilians, because not counting them as "Latino" just because they're people of Amerindian descent who don't speak the right Romance language seems pretty stupid to me.
Excludes non-Mestizo/Pardo/mixed Portuguese and Hispanic/Spaniard people. Spaniards and Portuguese people are included in the European (Latin/Romance) list.
Latinos who are more "indigenous" will be included here and also in their own list for Indigenous/Minority Americans (as in "People of the Americas", not people from the USA).
