Oswald dreams of accompanying Little Red Riding Hood in carrying goods to her grandmother.
A peg-legged, mean-spirited inventor attempts to secure a human heart for his latest creation, a robot as nasty as he is. In the best horror film tradition, he overcomes an innocent damsel and prepares her for sacrifice. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, her friend, surely will come to her rescue.
Oswald and his companion enter an eerie castle to take shelter from the rain. Trouble awaits them when a vicious simian also comes in.
Oswald runs a barber shop. He cuts the tail off a sleeping tiger with a saw to make his barber pole. Then he serves his customers in bizarre methods. The tiger comes in and confronts Oswald, and swallows him. Oswald, however, gets out of the tiger with a help of one of his colleagues. Oswald manages to drive the tiger out of the shop before giving back its tail.
Pooch delivers fresh chicken to his love interest. Troubles occur when the cat at the receiver's place snatches the delivery.
Oswald and his girl enjoy the carnival, but a bully tries to spoil their fun.
In Pooch's efforts to find food, he comes across a gang of nasty bees and a tornado that is pure evil. The farmers won't let him in (a sign reads "No Tramps Allowed"). Even a worm won't let him eat an apple. Fortunately(?), a cyclone comes along and lets Pooch save the farmers. At last- acceptance.
