Eric is shy, not very outgoing and afraid that these actions will prevent him from following his dreams. He wants to know how he can be more outgoing and feel more confident about himself. The second letter is from Tom, who has a college radio show. He wants to know how he can make it kick ass, and asks Andrew if he can help him "pump up the volume."
