There's a missing scene in this episode i kinda see going like this. After the beating she got from evil sister, Clementine awakes seeing the damage done to the lab. She panics, visions of her dad flipping out and decides to take swift action. She grabs cleaning products and cleans the place up, replaces the broken windows, buys new flasks, equipment and replaces everything putting it in the same order as before in a record amount of time. Upon the teams return she pretends nothing's wrong hiding her bruises up to that faithful scene where jackson and discover her shocking reveal.
A glaring mistake on the writers' part which really is a damn shame.
