Archer was so cold-hearted, and after this, he secured his position as the worst Star Trek captain on my list.
It's always difficult to say goodbye to a Star Trek show. It was hell of a ride and I will miss the whole crew. The ending was quite nice, they wrapped everything up, although Chakotay/Seven romance plot was an awkward surprise. There was no indication of the possibility of a relationship between the two of them, and they have zero chemistry.
Lovely episode with some pretty funny moments. They tied everything up really nicely, so it seems like it's a series finale, but I truly hope that's not the case. There aren't that many good Sci-Fi shows like this nowadays, they would be fools not to renew it.
Amazing episode, though I'm really sad they killed off Charly, she was starting to grow on me.
This is just Christmas movie level bad. Who in their right mind would ever give up their life goals, aspirations and career because they spent 3 days with some guy they've just met? Plus, he seemed too old for her. It was a really boring episode.
Weren't duplicates able to breathe only on their home planet? This really got me confused because I clearly remember that Tom's and Kim's duplicates were suffocating on Voyager and could only breathe the planet's atmosphere. How were they able to take off then and be in contact with other species? Assuming they adapted the ship, they still wouldn't be able to roam around. It was a good episode nevertheless.
So this is another show that can be added to the list "Started great, but ended poorly". I'm really disappointed with this season. The resolution with Judy makes no sense. Where did she go? Is her body just floating somewhere in the middle of the sea? That's just too dark and horrible. And the ending scene is stupid. This affected the quality of the show as a whole. I don't think I can recommend it to anyone now. They obviously didn't have any idea what to do with the plot, it's good it ended.
Too bad Kes didn't stick around a bit longer, she was interesting and there could have been some good storylines about her species. I will miss her.
Neelix and Kes broke up? I had to pause and check on Google to see when did that happen - apparently a couple of episodes back when she was being controlled by the aliens. So weird because those actions weren't really her own. There was supposed to be another real break up scene, but they never included it. They really should have cause this just seemed random and came out of left field.
The season was good, but series finale is seriously underwhelming. They left so many unanswered questions, it's ridiculous. What was going on with that boy? What are those creatures on the planet that supposedly are bringing everyone to life? What are those entities in the ring? What happens to the ships? I am so annoyed they didn't explain any of this. What was the point of taking about it then??? I really hope this show will continue at some point, but in the meantime I'm going to read the books to find out about all these things.
I'm going to miss Rocinante and it's crew. Fingers crossed for season 7. :fingers_crossed:
I said it before, and I'll say it again, Jodie absolutely deserved one more season. Her time on DW was cut short by reducing the number of the episodes and it's unfair. But, at least they gave her a heartfelt finale. That regeneration scene really hit me hard. I'm sad to see her leave, but still excited for Tennant.
Farewell Thirteen, I will miss you dearly.
P.S. Why did the new Doctor regenerate into new clothes? That was so odd.
That was supposed to be an evolution? What a nonsense. It rather feels like going backwards which would make more sense since Tom already said he was in past, present and future at the same time. And let's just forget that he and the captain had lizards offspring and pretend that it never happened. Who in the world thought that was a good idea?!? :nauseated_face:
What an extremely boring movie that got even more awful with that scene between Deckard and Rachael which was nothing else, but a rape. And Deckard was supposed to be a good guy, yeah right. I was so disgusted with it. There's nothing fun and thrilling about this Sci-Fi. Makes me wonder if it's worth to watch the sequel. Probably not.
I love Barclay, it was great seeing him again. It's shame he never ended up as a regular on some ST show.
Why were they bringing DS9 actors? First Dr. Mora, now Nog... They are easily recognisable, so it felt weird watching them in Voyager as completely different characters since all shows take place in the same universe.
This is the most idiotic thing I've ever seen. What a waste of time.
Worf reminiscing his kiss with Ezri, but not his wife Jadzia and their life together on DS9 was so awkward. What a weird thing showrunners did. If they couldn't include Jadzia in the flashbacks for whatever reasons, ok, but they shouldn't have included Ezri either. This was just cringe.
And Odo and Kira breaking up broke me forever. I will never recover from that. I do understand that he wanted to join the great link, so he could cure his people, but he didn't have to stay there. They deserved to be happy and build their life together.
All in all, a lovely, bittersweet ending.
This series was an absolute joy to watch and I will deeply miss all of these characters.
Poor Jadzia, she shouldn't have been the one who got killed. I will miss her dearly.
What a disgusting episode, complete opposite of Star Trek is about. This doesn't belong in ST Universe.
I was grinning during the whole episode. Odo and Kira are absolutely adorable.
The movie is not without a flaws, but I must say that they managed to create a perfect movie that caters to fans by including some iconic scenes from the games and Easter eggs (Nolan North cameo was a great moment), but at the same time the one that won't be confusing to the newcomers and can be enjoyed even if you've never played the games.
The cast did a decent job, though they are a bit younger than they should have been.
All in all, it was really a fun watch and, as a big fan of the games, I thoroughly enjoyed this. I hope they will make a sequel.
Worf is so irritating in DS9. So self-centered and rude. Quark was absolutely right, Dax is just way too good for him.
The ratings for this one are really harsh, but it's not nearly as bad as some episodes from Tennant's era that were utterly horrible, but rated higher. This was actually a fun watch with interesting villains. I will be sad to see Thirteen go, I feel she deserved more time on the show.
This feels like GOT all over again. Abysmal ending of the horrible season. We don't get to know who the twelve are, we don't get to know who ordered Kenny's murder, the twelve got wiped out in less than 2 minutes, Carolyn turned out to be a villain. What a joke. The show had so much potential, it started amazing then it crashed and burned. Whoever wrote this season should never touch any script ever again.
I haven't read the books, but I'm guessing they are better than this garbage.
Good first episode of this (unfortunately) final season. I do have one criticism though, Eve's love/hate attitude towards Villanel is getting old. She shouldn't be so much angry with her anymore especially given how the last session ended. The sooner they stop recycling that plot and get them working together the better. The sad thing is that we won't see much of it since there won't be S5.
I've read a lot of really unflattering reviews about this one, but in the end decided to judge for myself and I was pleasantly surprised. It's not nearly as bad as some comments are making it out to be. I think this low ratings are given because people keep comparing it to HIMYM and they really shouldn't. This isn't a reboot, remake, it's not even a proper spinoff, it's its own little show. And when you stop comparing it, you can start enjoying it. The cast is loveable, the jokes are not quite there yet, but it did give me a couple of laughs. The only minor thing that's bothering me is that some characters are overacting like Ellen, they should tone it down a bit. I suppose they'll get better once they ease into their role and get more comfortable.
This isn't a masterpiece though, it's not gonna get rewards, but it is a fun watch and if you come to it with an open mind (not just thinking about HIMYM), you might even like it. I'm 3 episodes in and I think I will see it through cause I want to know who the father is. :)
Oh and seeing the old apartment and those swords was really a nice touch. I wonder if there will be any more references.
This was a bit more violent then I thought it would be, but fun nonetheless. Amy Pond really kicked some serious ass, though the fighting scenes were borderline hilarious at the moments. That put aside, it has brilliant cast, solid plot and it's quite nicely shot followed by some good soundtrack. If they make a sequel, I will definitely watch it. 7/10 from me - Very entertaining movie when you just want to relax and enjoy.
Apparently there's always a backup sister. :smile: Jokes aside, this really sucks. I honestly didn't expect them to kill off one of them like they did in the original and especially not at the exactly same time, after 3 seasons. Plus they already used half-sister plot, so now they're just going to repeat themselves which is quite bad. Macy is the least annoying charmed one and the only one with some kind of acting skills (besides Harry and Abby), so I am bummed to see her leave. I'm not sure whether I'll continue watching this. Mel and Maggie are not such a strong characters, too much whining and not enough of good acting. With Macy and Abby gone, Harry is the only one left who's remotely interesting. If they bring back Abby, I might consider watching the next season, otherwise I'm probably done with it.
P.S. It was so obvious that Jordan would become a whitelighter, though I really thought that Harry was going to die as well, so that Jordan would be their new whitelighter.
It's incredible how painfully slow this is for a show that has only 4 episodes. I like slower pace, but this one really drags on. And it's not a whodunit show, the perpetrator is revealed early on and it's quite obvious. Acting is solid, but the plot and the whole execution is what Trakt rating would call - meh. I forced myself to finish it just because of Tennant. Otherwise, it's easily skippable, there are many crime shows out there that are way more interesting. 5/10 from me.
That ending made me die laughing. :joy::joy::joy: I love these little twists.
