I've got some beef with this show as it goes on, but damn that was good.
What a disappointment. Stannis the father and military commander, losing his daughter and army out of sheer writing laziness.
It's clear that the writers value shocks and twists over characters with consistent motivations.
Edit: I'll remember Stannis as he was.
How can you get revenge when it's the world that's evil, not just one villain?
This movie is powerful, eloquent and the darkest comedy I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favour and watch it.
Well now this film was just charming as heck.
Supremely charming. Very dreamy, very plausible scifi. Suspend your cynicism for a minute and enjoy the movie.
IF anything, this movie opened my eyes to the exciting world of rambling maniacs. It's a real (crazy) achievement when you can say you've paid more attention to detail than Kubrick ever did.
Not good at all.
Contemptible shit of a movie.
