I am having an extremely hard time trying to watch the final season. It's really terrible.
You people have no attention span.
Thoroughly disappointing series. I gave it a chance and finished the entire first season.
Hamfisted, cliched, one dimensional and even offensive at times. The episode based solely in Korea was the highpoint of the series.
I'm quite surpised HBO greenlit this. HBO produced content has never let me down except for this one.
Hard pass.
There's so much filler in this season and concludes as usual with more questions than answers.
This certainly feels like they're trying to redo Lost here and we all know how that ended up turning out. The writing has taken a considerable nosedive this season making it a slog to watch and that does not help.
I'll be curious if the viewership remains after this season.

Mediocre on all the fronts.
A fascinating slow burn mystery along with excellent monologues. These aspects are rarely seen these days.
You're a funny guy Sully, I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last.
Worst season to date. Very uninspired and cliche.
See you around, buddy-boy.
In this film alone, Carol Anne's name is spoken a total of 121 times.
The real monster here is the Mother of those two siblings in the series. So sad.
The second adaptation of Georges Arnaud's 1950 French novel "Le Salaire de la peur".
Wages of Fear (1953) is certainly considered a film classic and the first adaptation. Sorcerer is widely regarded as a remake but Friedkin certainly does not.
While receiving mostly negative reviews at time of release this film has been gaining much praise over the last few decades. The Tangerine Dream soundtrack certainly adds much to the overall mood of this film. I can only imagine the tough logistics of filming this.
I find this film lingers in my thoughts for days.
It's original. A classic. You don't see unique movies like this anymore.
Ramrod is one of cienema's greatest villains.
I've always had a soft spot for this film and it still does not disappoint. There are some great performances here.
This has to be one of my least favorite Arnold films that came out in the 80s. I put this on once in a blue moon to see if my opinion changes and it rarely does.
There are some funny scenes here but the film really falls flat in most parts. The supporting actors offer a great range of interesting interactions and should be familiar faces for most.
The cake scene is most likely the strangest and the most memorable moment of the film.
Seeing Eric Roberts mullet take on a leading role is the star of the show. A funny mix of thriller and comedy starring a great, diverse cast. Mullet is actually employed at Marvel Comics with Stan Lee making a full appearance here. The acting is over the top and the scenarios are outrageous. James Earl Jones' death scene is something to witness!
To watch the 1987 or 1992 cut? The choices in the latter make it a more blunt film with some key character building moments cut out. Regardless, this is the more interesting aspect of the film rather than the film itself. Watching both in order was interesting to experience what Friedkin was thinking at the time.
You sure don't see them like this anymore. Hyperactive editing done at its best with a strong message in tow. Still holds up and feels really fresh given the glut of medicore film output these days. Tommy Lee Jones is still a favorite of mine in this madhouse of a film.
Works much better viewing this as a double feature that I wished I had done when this was originally released. Pleasantly surprised on a second screening.
The 188 minutes tv cut adds a great deal of backstory but alas this film is still mediocre.
This movie is a masterpiece of the genre. Do yourself a favor and watch this.
Makes the previous films look like masterpieces and that's saying volumes.
A true waste of time. Bored throughout until about the last bit of the film. The obligatory sequel bait too at the end.
This entire movie consists of nothing more than the opening and closing of doors. Pay attention, it's really comical.
Mediocre.. 4/10 rating?? This is probably the most accessible Malick film out there. I guess there's no accounting for taste...
Too much bloat as usual. The man needs an editor that can make the hard decisions. 148 minutes, get real.
This story is truly disturbing. Fact really is stranger than fiction.
Even Tom Hardy can't save this.
