What a performance by Bella Ramsey! She has been amazing from episode one but, this episode she delivered everything!!
Tell them Ellie is the little girl that broke your F** finger!!!
I can't believe i was so excited to see Maria Hill again and they killed her off in the first episode. You can't do that to me.
Dare I say… best episode of Loki yet? Definitely the best this season. Everything about it was PERFECT.
Absolutely loving this. Oscar Issac is giving one hell of a performance as Steven/Mark and seeing both the Moon Knight suits was so Awesome!! Ethan Hawke is also definitely giving such creepy vibes. Khonshu is just Perfect too!! The invisible fight scene its so well done.
Cool start, those opening few scenes will be wet dream fuel for Quentin Tarantino
Holy hell. Have to see how it all pans out in terms of the storyline, but that 15 min intro sequence was damn amazing.
I enjoy the show and most episodes yet this season finale missed its mark. It feels a bit rushed. Two additional episodes would have helped.
It was a good episode, but I am confusedanoia :anguished:
The plot was resolved well enough, and we got a very relaxing and satisfying epilogue. What else could you want?
We got old star trek back this season. Some of it's spirit, anyway. We got a good plot. We got legacy characters back and they actually feel true to themselves and are respected. We got new likeable characters, and they made previous Picard season characters more likeable. What else could you want?
I'm not completely satisfied overall in regards to what's happened this season, and i've aired some of my issues in previous comments. But god damn am i completely satisfied right now, because we finally got some of old star trek back. We finally got respect and likeable characters and a good story, with an amazing send off for the old crew, and a good setup for the new crew.
I am so completely relaxed and satisfied. We finally got good and true star trek. I'm satisfied for years now.
Didn't have high expectations for this but surprisingly this episode was so good. Did enjoy it very much. Some of the CGI's were spectacular and the suits look very realistic. Hope the rest of the series will be good as this one.
I'm really liking this show (I think I've said it every week/every review). It's just enjoyable easy watching. I'd gladly watch another season of this.
a pretty decent start to this series.. i was mostly interested to see it for emilia and her character is so conflicted and i love her already! can't wait to watch the rest of the series!
why is it that when a series end on a great note and people get to live their lives the way they want, it’s considered woke? I think it was a great ending and justice prevailed, and people got to live their life as they are allowed.
Damn this show is so good!!! Watching this episode, I have this feeling that the next one is going to be a series finale =( I hope is not tough…we need a final 5th season!!!
Very slow start but captivatingly told. There's great level of detail to give it as much authenticity as possible. Although, the budget isn't GoT level high and there's a lot of green screen at play here (yet with decent quality). But it's an engaging story that unfolds in these two opening episodes.
However, it's a show that is best watched 2 or 3 episodes at a time. Drawing it out on a weekly basis will undoubtedly lose viewers on a show that is quite dense with intricate relationships, personal agendas and history. Making this probably a show that will fly under most viewers radar besides the fact that this is mainly with Japanese audio and high quality English subtitles (which I personally love that way).
Trailer made it look so bad, but it turned out pretty interesting. Good acting, decent budget, and nice world building with some comedy sprinkled in.
Gotta admit, I have no knowledge of the book it's based on, which means I have nothing to compare it too, so that might help.
That was wonderful. Joss Whedon has definitely got his game back. This has the potential to be amongst his best.
Amazing. My expectations were already high, and this didn't disappoint.
The only thing is... Please let us binge this instead of these weekly effing episodes. So backwards...but okay, still an awesome show (Until now at least).
Slow episode.
It was basically more backstory, and setup. A few introductions to characters and general maneuvering of rolls to set the stage. There wasn't really anything that stood out and wow'ed me in this episode. Overall this episode was important because of its setting of the stage. I enjoyed watching it.
I think the whole series has a lot of potential. From what I can tell its my kind of star trek. I'd like to see more tech and discovery and adventure. As exploration and 'the unknown' are aspects of star trek that make it star trek.
Anyways, Good episode. No real action, just a lot of talking and exploration of characters.
The setting up of the "good" and "bad" guys. - So for this alone - watch the episode so you know what's going on in the future.
Enjoy :)
Looking forward to season 2. I wish Science Fiction -- real, hard science fiction, is better supported in television, but it's not. Or, it's the first thing to get axed when execs get scared about money or taxes. This comes close.
Hey, has everyone hard we may get a continuation of Farscape? (Not a reboot -- initial conversations with the actors have taken place) Can you dig it?
This one seems to have the right amount of energy and geekiness to it in a similar fashion to Lost In Space.
There's always a lot that could go wrong when a bunch of humans are brought together on a colonization mission, especially when some of them are fraud.
Super show. Thankfully not as mind bending as a movie like 'Tenet' for instance.
This may be because I haven't read any discworld, but I quite enjoyed this.
