Some production order shenanigans going on here: Cory already asked Cindy to be his girlfriend, and she already said yes.

(How did that happen? I found this season less compelling than the previous, sure, but I didn't think my ratings were that low.)

I apparently started this show before developing the habit of rating every episode I watch, so this is the first season with a complete set of ratings to use for statistical calculations. Whoops?
Why does dialogue in this episode imply that Helen went to New York because Joe broke up with her? She left to pursue the cello, and he only moved on to someone new after not hearing anything from her over a period of several months.
Enabran Tain coaching Kevin in soccer :astonished:
Well, that was a short relationship (Joe and Gail). Apparently he never even tries to go apologize to her, as this is her last credited appearance.
This explains why Gail was such a one-dimensional character, I guess. They didn't intend to have her around long-term.
Neat little bit of sitcom trivia: Roz Doyle the Frasier character was named for Roz Doyle the Wings producer, who passed away in between seasons 2 & 3. Peri Gilpin, who later plays Roz the character, also has a guest role on Wings later this season.
I've definitely seen worse clip shows. The narration ties this together well, and it works better than most I've watched.
But it's still a clip show, and the timing is weird. (IMO it should have aired before "Graduation".)
"I really don't think that's none of your business"?
Kevin doesn't have a suit that fits? What was he wearing last week at the funeral?? :joy:
So what was Kevin's detention-deserving crime, exactly?
Blink and you'll miss Aron Eisenberg (Nog from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) as an elf, alongside Robert Picardo (the Doctor from Voyager) as Cutlip/Santa.
Madeline being played by a 19-year-old opposite 14-year-old Kevin is certainly odd.
Mimi is the same actor as Roxie in the latter seasons of Sabrina the Teenage Witch? :exploding_head:
Messed up the timeline of Apollo 13 just a bit, didn't they? It launched on Saturday, with the problems starting 2 days into the mission.
When's the last time you saw uniformed ushers like that in a movie theater? I can't remember.

Dorothy and Lucas are married by Earl Boen, the voice of Nagilum (ST:TNG). Trippy.

Really starts to lose the plot with the abrupt changes in later seasons, but starts out nicely enough. By the end I really was just watching for Salem.

How generous was I? Dang, that's high.
I'm about 98% certain that "Cirque du Sabrina" was set after this ("Getting to Nose You"). It's the only way the timeline makes sense, with Harvey making that "big gesture" Cyrano advised by catching Sabrina when there's no net under the high wire.
They need to stop rebooting the setting with zero explanation.
Oh wait, they will. They have to. This is the last season.

Not quite a '90s show any more, but every one did have a "drug episode".
