The first part is a bit chewy since you have the idea that you are watching an average episode of a weekday soap opera. But after that, you get exactly what you can expect from a Rambo movie: a standard story about an old dude out for revenge while body parts are flying around you. Nothing more or less.
Coexistence is futile impossible.
Still torn between really liking this show and finding it meh. Again to much "been there, done it before" in the storytelling. If the next episode is going to have a large battle at Wolf 359 I'm going to sign off...
Shame that the main story (which felt like a rehash of TNG's Hollow Pursuits) about Bortus' obsession took so much time away from the subplot. Would have loved to seen more about a civilization preparing itself for its demise. But perhaps that is a little bit to dark for a show like The Orville.
The teaser of this episode had me freaking out when I first saw it. Something wiping out Borg cubes in mere seconds. Holy cow.
If you set your mind to silly mode before the movie starts you'll love it, so that was what I did. And, seeing Aubrey acting as another awkward girl is enough to score some points with me.
Interesting story which, as some have already said, reminded me a bit of The Matrix. But my main issue with Blame!, and some of the other stuff Polygon Pictures has put out lately like Ajin and Knights Of Sidonia, is its look. Don't get me wrong, the art style is stunning with gorgeous designs and backdrops. But I just can't get used to the horrid low frame rate CGI for the characters. Especially when some other CGI stuff, like smoke clouds are presented butter smoothly. It just puts me off.
Fitting title. You keep checking how many minutes still remain. Yawn!
Only enjoyable if "a dirty mind is a joy forever" is your motto.
Oh boy this movie sucked. Get it... sucked....
For a vampire flick this one has more skin than teeth. Nice skin to be fair.
Though one to get through: to long, very slow start, and way to boring. I just don't understand how DC keeps making a mess of it's movies while its animated features are amazing.
The chemistry between Alison & Jason made this a very enjoyable comedy. Shame the ending was so predictable.
An average romcom, but somehow, very enjoyable. Carrel at his best. Score: 7/10.
Amazing over the top action packed action horror. True masterpiece. Score: 8/10.
Convincing take on the post-apocalyptic genre with zombie-like vampires. Score: 8/10.
An excellent addition to the series. Go watch them! Score: 7/10.
The weakest of the Marvel movies sofar. Fans only. Score: 5/10.
Excellent comedy, maximum entertainment till the very end. Score: 8/10.
Simple story, but with some fricking amazing action. Score: 7/10.
Not the best comic adaptation, but still highly enjoyable. Score: 6/10.
Nope, no fun to be seen here. Move along, move along. Score: 3/10.
Predictable, but very fun action flick for a saturday evening. Score: 6/10.
A blast from the past, but still cheesy as hell. Score: 5/10.
Again a stunning Ghibli, almost as good as Spirited Away. Score: 8/10.
Well, better a bad Carpenter, than no Carpenter at all... Score: 5/10.
