It's remarkable how the Jin siblings didn't get strangled to death in every second episode.
Was the purpose of this episode to introduce a maximum of annoying characters in the most stupidly and annoying manner?
If so - mission accomplished.
I'm impressed how well the chemistry between Naksu and the prince worked, amazing scene.
Just before Zenitsu's scene I pondered if I should quit this series. It's just a bit bland, with always the same patterns. Especially during combat, with sniffing the solution.
But Zenitsu finally gave this series a second emotional milestone.
I managed to watch four episodes and was just bored. The only interesting part is the "Why?" and I frankly can't bother to waste even more time for the answer.
I'll admit that most actors performed well above average though. They aren't to blame that I didn't feel entertained or any sort of suspense.
After the last episode I really wondered how they'd explain the messed up development.
They did a fantastic job, spent 13 minutes showing previously unknown events that lead to the given scenario.
Generic build up in the first half, lacklustre escalation afterwards.
And the villains are just clowns, you couldn't possibly take them serious. Resulting in a movie that you can't take serious.
I got why Yuk made that attempt at the end. But what in hell that did the prince and Mu-Deok think when they agreed to change the bet?
So far I loved this show also because it was so rational and paying attention to details. I hope there is a good explanation coming up.
So far only Dale is a somewhat believable character. Everyone else feels unnatural and/or utterly incompetent.
I've mixed feelings. It's quite interesting but all these 'professional agents' are quite the amateurs.
I assume there are some good parts about this movie but the pathetic "jokes" in the beginning didn't make me want to endure more.
The previous episode was so much better. Here everyone is just acting as irrational and feeling as guilty as possible.
Poor storytelling, acting performances so bad that I can't come up with any comparison. English voice overs that make the experience comedic and tiresome are the same time.
Sure, there are some 'interesting' combat scenes. So what? Even the highlights in the last 30 minutes hardly made this experience worth it.
Dialogues and racing scenes compete with each other for the absurdity crown. The only good parts in this movie are few scenes capturing the racing atmosphere ... and the Kenny G moment.
Everything else about this movie is just like Orlando Bloom's performance: 100% forgettable.
How did people rate this 6/10 or even higher? The only entertainment this movie provides is the question if Wahlberg or the plot are more absurd and annoying.
I'm 40 minutes into this episode and the drama about 4000 won is so annoying that I'm considering to quit this show.
Has about 15-20 minutes that showed the true potential this movie had.
Just the intro scene in the metro was enough to confirm my fears that this show will remain just as laughable as it was during season 1.
Still a better (love)story than Jurassic Park.
Difficult to judge if the writing or the casting was worse. Many dialogues are a travesty, the general plot is simpleminded and the performances ... ugh.
It's really really easy to tell which actors never had any previous roles. Netflix should be ashamed.
Not as bad as I had expected. The performances were pretty bad though, with Maggie Q and Lucy Hale being the exceptions.
The first half didn't really convince me but at the end it's a sweet experience. Mostly thanks to Zoey Deutch.

Incomplete, often imaginative or just false or misleading.
It's not very promising if a new show already feels repetitive during the second episode, after a promising start.
Hopefully they do add some fresh elements soon, it would be a shame if their concept/formula should be so limited.
I just love the contrast between Serena and Joseph. This show would be so much better if the focus was more on these two instead of June.
Likeable characters, good acting.
But oh my, the US justice system is a complete joke. Pretty much nothing that they debated at court was about the actual case aka deal/handshake.
The movie just keeps digging out unrelated cases of racism on both sides and the end result is an absurd amount of money, that has nothing to do with the damages caused to the plaintiff.
I would have laughed in her face, when June told Moira that she had no right to decide. Oh the irony.
About as bad as Rtichie's King Arthur. So many missed opportunities and generally simply unsatisfying.
I'm not a horror fan, at all. All the more I have to respect Maika Monroe who managed make me rate three movies in this genre 7/10. Bravo!
