Scriptwriters don't understand mass spirituality anymore. They think technology and logic will do away with any form of belief. This extends to believing in people and hunches. If the Resistance had backed Rose & Finn or told the people they were fighting with the plan the movie would have been better.
Shitty fan critiques about trusting the country bumpkin and other "flaws" in logic seem to have been used in writing the script.

There is a slight possibility that the Jay Garrick we've seen is Zoom pretending. They could be playing the "they wouldn't have the villain use the same strategy". He mentioned that he couldn't defeat Sand Demon with the lightning technique but afterwards say Barry learned it much faster than he was able to. (May be an script error or Zoom making a minor slip since he is more powerful than Flash)
Cisco using the term Vibe is forced and a very eighties word. Oh snap 52 Earths (well if there are 52 portals that would make 53?)
Harrison Wells being in the alternate timeline may be a red herring (another alternate Earth) or his alternate may be Zoom. It does have the retro look they are pushing for Jay Garrick Flash (even though it is post 1991 so maybe time is consistent).
The title is actually a play on the Japanese title of You Only Live Twice; 007 wa nido shinu. Replacing 007 with Lupin and makes more sense since he only dies once; If you live twice you will eventually die twice. The English title Lupin the Interred is a decent not spoiler title. But you know he's not dead because he's Lupin and then 'Lupin Only Lives Twice' makes you wonder if he will be lucky the second time.
There is so much wrong. Being approximately 1995 Claws Leisure/track suit is a decade off; maybe it's part of a joke since he is doing 80s style lifestyle fixes. 20 years ago MADCAT was a kitten making her 21. Gadget should be 40s so 20s Gadget wouldn't be shorter and then he isn't. Gadget both knows and doesn't know that young Gadget is his younger self; referring to him as "me". Dr. Claw has 8 hours of home movies.
Cartoon fun but MADCAT has nowhere to protect the disc. Brain almost said hey look; way out of character.
Bite marks are not perfect ovals like the anime & manga show; there is always a gap. And Karin's bites to the face are illogical.
So they brought her dead mother's body back to her house. Why? That doesn't make sense other than if they want to be even more cruel. How does 8 year old Karin bury her mother in winter?
Wow this is based on part of a chapter from over 5 years ago when Karin has a flashback to the Chunin exam. Her character works better if she had a more one-sided first encounter like seeing a photo in Orochimaru's research papers. Since being the only redhead in the world should make her memorable to Sasuke.
She actually has logical bite marks right after she kneels in front of the Kusagakure shinobi.
They came back to the opening scene but that is way too much ash from one building exploding.
The series died much quicker than Walking Dead. The way the people make their arguments make no sense. So we have Travis for no apparent reason becoming the Rick Grimes character; wait he's the mayor?! So much boring in this episode. They say 9 days since putting up the fence and there are 12 such neighborhoods. The logistics behind that chain link fence is at least a few days and they have been trapped by the Army since before the fence was finished so they should be complaining about a longer amount of time.
They cannot see that tiny flashlight especially at dawn?and if they can what is her plan. The Army doesn't have perimeter sweeps to enforce the enforced curfew? That is not the kind of dick that a 1st Lieutenant is and he would not still be such a low rank in his late 30s.
Wait, what, why does Travis say his Ex-Wife is a nurse; she was lying to him about her job? So the Army decided to fence in a neighborhood and kill everyone outside of it. I hope this is that shitty 1st Lieutenant and not really bad writing for Army martial law procedures.
So is Davros coincidentally dying in 1337 because this episode states that Daleks can't travel through time. Based on the opening with little kid Davros, he used the sonic screwdriver to escape somehow. So killing him will probably stop the creation of the Daleks but if the Doctor actually rescues him maybe the fear doesn't cause him to create the Daleks.
So Missy may have teleported and that was a crazy delay for Clara's synchronized device, then somehow (writers BS) caused the TARDIS to teleport right when it seemed that it was destroyed.
Also this whole plot could retcon 50+ years of Doctor Who and Daleks.
If you have never read TEN by Fukumoto Nobuyuki at the end of episode 10 is a sort of spoiler to the AKAGI manga. Since the manga is still ongoing they don't spell it out completely and leave it open to interpretation. Hopefully if the ratings were high enough they could do infrequent specials to continue because Fukumoto put some crazy into his psychological suspense later on.
Season 1 ends with chapter 211 of the manga.
I hit me while watching the 10th episode. There is probably a person under/in the table passing up the proper tiles. Then I imagine that person below the opening holding a tray that is set in the right order and waiting with the next tile ready for the next hand to grab it then repeat.
I'm amazed. This episode is worse than part 1. The tone is very inconsistent and not just normal Killer B antics. Some Fights are serious and then they threw in a fight that was just a gag that seemed like it was going to be serious.
He asked the Son what was outside then told him not to look outside. The Barber shop owner said they were going to run in different directions and then proceeds to follow them. They say Doctor when they mean surgeon. No one is consistent between scenes. Everyone has a majority annoying character flaws very little good.
The fire on the ambulance is on the edge of the open hood. They thought no one would notice?
The Barber is emotionless, Unlikable, Boring and makes no sense but at least he took action.
I would rather he was perfectly okay than the inconsistent limp.
They are still in denial? And lucky since these are not biting zombies.
Also he says Daniel so process of elimination it's The Barber even though they skipped introductions when they showed up.
Then end was an amazing way to name all the characters.
So the military is going to fail because of public outcry of the Travis' of the world. Vietnam all over again.
This is the digimon version of Jinchuuriki. Killer B used a bijuu chakra infused lariat to destroy a jinchuuriki barrier? Would have made more sense if the ramen shop was a trap. Killer B wasted a tentacle on a substitution? He must be horrible at shadow clones. That is some bad continuity; Killer B powers up with bijuu chakra, it disappears, and then is still on after Yamato leaves.
Better than Tenten's episodes but that isn't saying much. Would have rather not had the Sasuke part to be reminded of the actual story.
Every argument ends up leading to sex (mostly the two arguing). Very good portrayal of codependency that is rampant in Japan because of the bubble economies. It is strange that Yuichiro just wanders between the middle aged adults all day. Hiroshi seems to have no job and is intense into cricket sumo; so no future. But apparently he is so good at sex that women forget he is worthless and they hate him during and a while after; once it wears off he just has sex again. The Pipe scene is amazing low grade special effects. The funeral doesn't make sense, he was found alive so that was maybe a day after his assumed death or the whirlpool shot him a ridiculous distance and then the fisherman spent days driving him home.
Full of cliche goodness. Has a feel of a stage play with lots of narration. Plot and action becomes very confusing at points.
The ending was more crazy than scary. A tormentor is a 3D person in their 2D world.
They like to over play it and show the whole character hopping across the scene.
Always keep your promises. Or a shadow will kill you.
This is one of the episodes where you can tell this is to scare little kids.
They definitely modernized the toilet because even a first grader would get stuck in that tiny hole. Or they just animated it wrong. Also, why was the door opening scaring him about the toilet?
