Thankfully we have Mads Mikkelsen who aces every project he's in, and non-hollywood studios to save us from endless American sh*t spewing films.
I walked into this just based on the actors, didn't know anything before, and found a Beautifully done film with a rich story about a long struggle with lots of hardships, high stakes and emotions.
Bravo.
Highly recommended.

This movie is a prequel to The Handmaid's Tale.
If you watch it thinking so, it makes much more sense.

It's mostly pretty girls and so-so actors. Not recommended.

It's not a "good" movie but it's very nice and quite easy for an action movie. Also, not very much action here, so lite on that too.
Good for easy Neeson fans. Don't expect much of it and won't be disappointed.

America has lost itself to over self rightouness. A generation of weak woke hand lotion users who don't know nothing about the world outside of a TikTok feed. Oh America, how doomed you are.
While this movie has great production value, good talent and the plot synopsis promisee great potential, the movie is overall underwhelming and did not make an impact on me. I'm a huge fan on war films genre, but this one is quite forgettable unfortunately.

I've given up on American comedies a long time ago because of those sheer stupidity. But this one I did watch and I'm very glad I did! I actually enjoyed it and had a good time! Great actors both, did a nice job and made the flick nice and fun.
I recommend, even if you don't believe in comedies anymore.

While this installment packs lots of action, the first one was better. And I expect the third one to be much worst as they'll turn this film to some sh*tty Marvel style franchise
This movie is what happens when mommy and daddy aren't home and the young kids are left all alone at home, with a big box of crayons and a welcoming white wall.

Great acting work from everyone, doesn't fall into cliches, story is thrilling and gripping. Shows true brotherhood connection between warriors who went through hell together.
And OMG the score!! So good! really emphasizes and enlarge all the special moments in the film! Beautiful cinematography.
I'm a big fan of war films and a big critic of them.
This is Very highly recommended.

The movie peaks at mid at 7/10 max but at the third act and finale it crushed and burned to a lazy, cliche lame ending, finishing at 4/10.
I'd recommend NOT watching it.

The hotel scene is hands down my favorite scene:
"Hey man, the world is crashing down and everything is flooded, so let's put on our Pajamas and get a relaxing, good night's sleep! Don't worry, if some choppers will urgently and surprisingly need us, they'll know where to get us from as I updated our current living address on Facebook"

I really feel that the events in this movie weren't enough to fill an entire movie. It should have been 1 or 2 episodes in a series. Doesn't feel like the characters had a major achievement or progress to justify an entire movie which takes such a long time to produce...
Don't you love it that they mastered Interstellar flight and spacecraft but still use outdated, absolutely useless, 1500 years old tech bullet-based rifles? Hehe
This movie is quite a mess. It starts like Starship Troopers and then makes some very rediciolus choices and becomes Alien VS Predator..
Overall watchable, but it's not good. And it's too long for itself.
they managed to create more toxins somehow but had no support for their trip so they flew by themselves all the way to fkn Siberia and crashed the plane on the snow! OK!! And thank God they had that school kid to save the world...
Btw Hollywood over compensation: all actors accept leads are Black.. why not just make it natural..
