The so called "comedy" is atrocious in this film.
Soooo..... Are they trying to get people to believe this is real? Or are there people really entertained by this stuff? What a bad joke this is.
A hidden gem. Very underrated. Kinda like Family Man + football.
Great addition to the franchise.
A Christmas Eve tradition in our household for the past 20 years.
Holy smokes!!!! This was the best superhero film since The Dark Knight and I've liked most of them. DC, Marvel or otherwise.
I wish Hallmark still made movies like this one.
All the innuendos were just way too much.
Just when you think it can't get any funnier...enter Aunt Bethany (voice of Betty Boop/Olive Oyl) to say "grace". This movie is so good that my kids are now in their 20's and they still come home on Christmas Eve just to watch this with us.
I never did get what everyone sees in Will Ferrell. Same here. Meh-
A very funny old movie.
As great as the performances are in this, I just couldn't get into this dull story.
20 minutes on the decay of Detroit. There is a lot they could have aired instead. Pictured rocks, Porcupine mountains, Traverse City, Grand Rapids, ECT. Very poor effort.
Holy moly!! One of the best comedies ever. Lemmon and Matthau at their best. Then throw Burgess Meredith into the mix... Hysterical.
I really enjoyed this movie but the soundtrack was so awful it dragged it down for me.
Good movie with a dumb ending.
"Welcome to the party pal"
Absolutely the best action film ever made.
Two dollars........ I want my two dollars!!
It's not THE Godzilla but it's A Godzilla. If you can get over that, it's a great film.
Now those are some horrible southern accents from foreign actors. Kinda ruined the whole thing.
An overrated, boring classic film. Unless you're glutton for punishment, skip this one.
Absolutely wonderful historical epic film.
Really bad movie with an even worse sound track.
If you don't like this movie you may be a........."Imbecile! Bombastic ignoramus!"
Terrific film. Great performance by Boris Karloff. Being 1932 there are a lot of elements left from the Silent era, so I can see why modern audiences don't get it. A treasure for those that can appreciate classic film.
I really loved this one. Kinda old school monster movie.
Way to ruin a good show CBS. I'm done.
Apparently by reading the comments here and on the 1982 version, not many know the original movie was actually The Thing from Another World 1951. All being based on the 1938 book Who Goes There?.

Way too gross to be worth watching.
