This episode only gets a 9/10 simply because I know the show's hit even higher points, but this is a great episode. Both stories worked well, with the Jerry-Morty story having enough parody value to be funny and a surprising little bit of heart to it as well. The same goes for the Rick-Summer story, where Rick trying to one-up The Devil was unexpectedly good comedic fodder, and Summer's bit about there not being any non-evil companies that employ teenagers was a funny one as well. There were great little bits, like the butter robot and Morty's exchange with his dad about bursting into the room, but overall it was just a well-constructed episode.
Definitely one of the funniest end/post-credit skits. This episode is just really funny and creative but I think the Morty Jerry plot was kinda boring. Rick being so happy about the Devil trying to kill himself is a high point :joy:
Another pretty meh episode. I really love the conflict between Rick and The Devil, but the Jerry and Morty stuff is super lame and forgettable. The Rick plotline also peaks near the middle of the episode, with the second half feeling kind of weak and anticlimactic compared to the beginning. The whole thing with Rick and Summer getting jacked was also just a really stupid out of nowhere solution, which I would excuse if it was funny, but it unfortunately wasn't.
Not as funny as the rest, but it still has its moment for sure!
I like the end of history
