9.4/10. I just died laughing at this. The constant makeover montages, replete with a repetitive but oddly catchy theme song and increasingly ridiculous makeover activities was just a goldmine of laughter. The riffs on the She's All That/My Fair Lady/Pygmalion ugly duckling routine were tremendous, and while it's a little mean, the humor involving Toots continues to be hilarious.

The constant attempts to makeover Joan, from Abe's cyborg nurse, to Toots' tire dress, to Cleo's bankrobbing scheme, continued to pay comedic dividends. And Abe's concern over how to do his "promposal" and who to prom-pose to does a nice job at satirizing the Betty and Veronica dilemmas these teen shows often throw out there (especially his final J-Cl- tease at the end).

Gandhi being turned into a pseudo JFK was less funny in and of itself, but it was Marie Curie's story which is kind of sweet, and JFK making a bet with himself in the mirror, which was just pitch-perfect and hilarious stupidity. Add in Scudworth's laments about losing the prom king vote to John Stamos and his lack of a free sub sandwich after forgetting his club card, and you have the makings of a thoroughly funny episode that does a great job of taking the stuffing out of these prom/makeover/will-they-won't-they stories. Tremendous stuff all around.
