Humans

Season 2

I felt like this season was all over the place, Niska wanting to be treated like a human, Leo looking for the few awaken synths, Mattie fixing the blond cute just for him to be insignificant to the long story, Tobis girlfriend and lets not even start and the little girls synth behaviour supposed "problem" that came and went just like that. They were trying to do a lot of things in just 8 episodes i couldnt feel a connection between each storyline. And the fact that they went global just at the snap of a finger didn't help and that what happens to a lot of shows, you can't go global just like that, it's a process...
In the end they made it come to an end, yes it all came together but I don't think this ending can justify the fail that was this season.
I loved the first season, i watched it twice, and was really excited for this second season, but it ended up being a sad and bland disappointment :(

@goncaalo And lets not forget the complete waste of time that was Mia's relationship with the guy from Nashville.

@goncaalo I think you are being too harsh. I doubt that Sophie's synth behaviour problem is gone and dealt with. It will likely be a part of season 3, though I find it likely it will resolved because all synthetics are conscious humans now. Also know that the creators are thinking ahead. They knew they wanted to continue the series, infact they had it in mind from the beginning. But of course they weren't able to know if the show would be able to continue.
You said it was odd that Niska wanted to be treated like a human, I don't think it is. Didn't you get that Elster designed the consciousness code to be like a human? They think like us. Niska is one of the few synths that have killed a human, she did it because she was mistreated, like Hester in this season. Niska understood that it was wrong to kill in season 1, and regrets it, so I don't see why you have a problem with conscious human code wanting to be treated like a human. What about Dr. Morrow's storyline? That was a big part of the season, and that tied into the main story neatly. Also, just because some of the smaller stories like Mattie making Odi conscious weren't part of the main story doesn't mean they're not worth exploring.
Regardless, don't you think it will be exciting to see humanity try to adjust to conscious synthetics in the third season?
