@vero-winchester Did she fake talking to Quentin in the episode where Black Siren first appeared on Arrow. Thought she called him saying she was back.
@jim222001 If I remember correctly, Black Siren said she should go to see her dad, but she actually didn't. All she did was phoning Thea. That's the scene in which she is talking on the phone.

I loved Thea trying to explain Quentin Black Siren wasn't Laurel. She should've said "Barry did it. Blame him", lol. I love how Quentin is always in the same level of continuous confusion as Joe West. When he saw Laurel, that's when I died. Man, he's gonna need some whisky after this. That's too many resurrection for poor Quentin. I just want to give him a hug. He totally needs one.
