I give it 2 stars for each defender. Two for Matt and his dynamic tie-in to the hand. Two stars for Jessica not giving f**k about this whole thing but still trying to save the world. Also imaginary bonus points for that show stopping and LIFESAVING jump. Two for Luke being the team's goody two shoes, moral compass, and all around do-gooder attitude. And finally two for my favourite defender. drumroll please... Claire! She was, as usual a badass who put up a good flight and managed to have the best powers. The ability to control the defenders. Shout-out to all the side characters that didn't get enough screen time. Namely Malcolm, Trish, and Misty (rip the hand that was taken by the hand). The right episodes left me hyped for the other 3 Netflix shows and very excited for the new Punisher series. The team's dynamic was incredible and only got better when Stick arrived to shake things up. I can't wait to find out what happens when the team gets together again and whether or not they'd consider adding Punisher to it. Seeing as he and Matt have quite some history it will certainly make for interesting television.
