They were way too harsh on Holden. It makes sense that you can't talk to a serial killer the way you would talk to a "normal" person. Plus, his method worked, it got the killer's tongue loose. I gotta side with Holden on this one. Also, best moment of the show so far: Holden going "aaaaww" during an interview of a serial killer because the killer mentioned saving a bird with a broken wing. Adorkable!
