The start and end of the episode is nice. The middle is yawn lol. The cliffhanger that Naomi betrayed the group in the stadium and might even be actually the leader of the other group of survivors is interesting, as well as John Dorie quick draw action at the start lol. Other than these two scenes everything is indeed like a filler
