@sunny_senpai "Miller was wearing his old hat which none of the main cast knew about." Ah! So that's why Holden kept mentioning the hat. I didn't remember that detail. It's a nostalgic throwback to the first season, which was actually the season I enjoyed the least (and almost made me give up on this show).
@misnomer Yep! I'm surprised that there are no plot holes at all and everything holds.
@sunny_senpai I guess it being based on books helps a bit with that. But this show has grown a lot since its slow-burning first season! This third season is so tense it has been keeping us all glued to the screen to see what happens next! Anyway, I missed Miller, so I'm glad he's still around (regardless of what kind of Miller that thing actually is). And with his hat!

Jokes aside... WTF JUST HAPPENED?? I think Miller or what's left of him (conscience of him absorbed by the Protomolecule maybe??) somehow communicated with Holden via the blue goo inside the Roci? It is definitely NOT Holden's hallucination as Miller was wearing his old hat which none of the main cast knew about.
