@waldner11 Season 3, Episode 2. At the end of this episode Tulip shot him but she missed and a bullet only scratched his head. That's why he have that scar.

When and how did Starr gets his scar? I assumed he got it after an operation to make him invulnerable to Genesis but it doesn't look like it.
