I'm not completely sure, but I feel like this episode did a disservice to the trans community by implying that to be a manly man you must have a deep voice, hairy body and bulging muscles.

And is it me or do Harvey and Roz have zero chemistry together?

@abtr yes, not all men have those characteristics or are super manly but as most trans people, Theo seems to have body dysphoria.
Theo's body, voice, etc will never look completely right to him as he's been perceived as a girl in that body for most of his life. I have no personal experience in this, but it seems like people that experience body dysphoria want to achieve that irrefutable gendered look. It makes sense that if you want to be perceived as a man, you'll desire big muscles, strong jaw, body hair and deep voice. It's exactly the opposite of what he was born with, the opposite of the body that makes him uncomfortable.
Many trans women are incredibly girly too, and that's fine. They are not damaging any community by doing what makes them comfortable, and same goes here for Theo.

If he wants to be a more manly man, that's okay.
If he wants to be a more androgynous man, that's okay.
If he wants to be a more feminine man, that's is also okay.

Either version of him will be equally a man and we shouldn't say that wanting one or the other is better.
