Half the team coincidentally get simultaneous job offers? I know we want happy endings for these characters we've spent the last decade and a half with, but wouldn't it be much more realistic to instead say that upon, for example, Prentiss taking her promotion, the others chose to seek work elsewhere, and were easily able to find new work? A petty complaint, but still, writers should have been smarter than that.
